MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Work with Director, DTC and BAM to develop the overall business strategy & development plan within the Cambodia market. Lead, support, and drive operational performance to achieve the overall business & brand objectives. In particularly, this entails the following:
1) Drive and Lead adidas business, including:
Existing franchise doors under current Franchisee MIB
Expansion plan across the key cities to capture the high potential of the market (BCG market research, reported by 2018)
2) Meet brand & retail standards required by planning, executing, and monitoring all strategies related to adidas SEA branded retail business, with four areas of focus:
Strategic and financial Management
3) Strenthen WHS/FRS porfolio by building/developing (even with new recruiting) & enhance the partnership for the sustainable & long-run adidas business growth in the market
Strategic and Financial Management:
Work with Director, DTC on the business plans, incl. expansion and budget for the
Drive adidas brand activities, including campaign / brand activations
Review FRS P&L and set action plan to improve performance
Retail/FRS operation effectiveness and efficiency:
Drive and support day-to-day operational performance of FRS business by effective target setting, operational planning, KPI monitoring.
Reinforce store operating procedures, standards, manuals, tools and processes to keep adidas retail FRS operations at the leading edge, leveraging APAC/SEA retail capabilities and materials as much as possible
Manage customer research programs i.e. MSP, FRS audit….and develop follow-up plans together with peers / FRS partner to improve the result.
Ensuring high standards of customer services & brands image of all adidas POS in the market.
Strengthen FRS Team’s Capability:
Build strong FRS retail competencies – Ensure high level of quality and consistency in retail training at all levels.
Coordinate with Retail Trainers in organizing training to all FRS doors staffs
Coordinate and support Franchisee HR activities to enhance and sustain retail Franchise performance – staff planning, recruiting, rewards and incentives, training.
Facilitate best practice sharing from Vietnam to Cambodia
Understand the consumers and market research information.
Ensure best practice is followed in the markets in retail marketing, visual merchandising and in-store communication
Help forecast, allocate and manage the Retail Marketing Working Budget
Co-develop a retail marketing calendar aligned with brand communications, sports marketing, product launches and local key event schedule (e.g. AR, WM activation, Yeezy launch, back to school, Sport national day…etc)
Ensure that within that calendar key concepts are supported with comprehensive, commercial (KPI supported) marketing plans including consumer offers, in-store marketing packs, staff training packages, visual merchandising guidelines
Work with the territories to localize and implement local retail marketing opportunities when relevant
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Degree in Business/Retail Management and relevant qualification
At least 3 years of retail/Franchise management experience with a recognized top tier brand.
Exposure to other retail disciplines is essential – especially merchandising
Must have the ability to sell and influence others
Good English Communication skills both oral and written
Stationed in Ho Chi Minh City
