– Producing detailed specifications and writing the programmer codes.
– Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live.
– Preparation of training manuals for users and project related documents for delivery.
– To ensure all test cases, diagnostic programs and relevant technical information are operational and accuracy
– To drive project implementation, quality and ensure delivery on-time and between budget
– Identify through the user explanation, areas of known error problems, and advice Team Leader/Manager of unfamiliar problems receive prompt attention.
– Maintain a productive and harmonious relationship with the customer and internally in order to enhance Fujitsu’s image.
– Maintain contract with customer operation staff ensures actual or potential problem areas are identified to his/her manager.
– Assist in guiding less experienced engineers in the clearance of difficult causes of system breakdown.
